On the way to the subway this morning I saw a skinny black man in nothing but a shirt and handcuffs lying on the sidewalk, surrounded by NY's "finest". I couldn't even begin to guess what they were arresting him for (I assume that's what they were doing) but it seemed a bit ridiculous that four officers where needed to subdue a scrawny guy with no pants on. It's a bit sad seeing someone's naked legs on concrete.
Anyway, it reminded me of all the times I've seen homeless guys masturbating in public here.
Hmm.
