i got a christmas tree yesterday. she's so pretty! we've named her 'sweetpea'. last night, sat on the floor drinking eggnog and listening to elvis sing christmas songs and threaded cranberries and popcorn together to make garlands. she's wearing white lights, strings of popcorn and cranberries, little gold baubles and a white dove on top. she's so beautiful! am very very excited. she's about 3 feet high and smells delightful.

also, it snowed and snowed and snowed last night. winter wonderland indeed!

actually, it's still snowing. i'm getting much mileage out of my fur hats. wah!

i have hung a sprig of juniper tied with ribbon on my front door.

aah...christmas!
