What is the goddamn deal with people who walk up/down the escalator and then stop when they get near the top/bottom? I mean, WTF? It makes me crazy. Seriously, do they not understand about actually just keeping on going and walking off the escalator like the other adults? What are they thinking? Nothing! That's what they're thinking: nothing!

Also people who step onto the train then stop just inside the doors, because obviously no-one else but them wants to get on!
And let's not forget the people who insist on boarding the train before others have actually gotten off. I like to hit them with bag and/or shoulder.
