Drink up, buttercup

You might think that this cocktail sounds rather ghastly but, in fact, it's very tasty. Champagne and bourbon - who knew?

Seelbach cocktail:

4 oz quality Champagne
1 - 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz triple sec
7 dashes Peychaud® bitters
7 dashes Angostura® bitters

Add bourbon, bitters, and triple sec first. Fill rest of glass with champagne. Depending on the size up your flute, you might need to put less bourbon in. Garnish with orange twist. Mreow!
