It's cold

Yes, it is. Not so cold that I need to break out the fur hats but, you know, cold enough. Apparently, it's going to snow and rain tomorrow afternoon. It will be the perfect weather for eating. Mmm. Have I mentioned that Thanksgiving is my favourite holiday? Well, you get all the feasting and merriment without the stress of decorations and presents. Now, I love presents and decorations (to bits, I tell you!) but it can get a little overwhelming. My biggest dilemma at the moment is deciding weather or not to make bourbon maple butterscotch sauce for the pumpkin cheesecake. I think it would be nice. We'll see. I'll let you know.
